The Pound is situated in the heart of Melbourne’s Western Suburbs, Footscray. It is a fully licensed venue with full length glass windows looking out onto the Whitten Oval, an outdoor seating area for those warmer evenings and a first floor balcony offering stunning city views.

The Pound is located at 417 Barkly Street Footscray.
Organising this event has created many challenges not the least is the choice and affordability of a suitable venue.

Our choice is the “Pound”, located at the Western Bulldogs, Whitten Oval 417 Barkly Street Footscray. Pound ticked all the boxes in the following ways:

- Located in the heart of the Western Suburbs
- 15 minute drive from the City

- Free, well lit off street parking right next to the venue
- Everything on one level, no need to climb stairs

- Great food reviews
- Casual and comfortable surroundings

- Drinks at bar prices
- Self serve coffee and tea

- ATM facilities
- Friendly and helpful staff

- Audio visual facilities
- Toilets right next to function room!

Your ticket includes a three course meal, with a 50/50 choice of beef or chicken (we know, its just like a wedding, but it helps to keep the costs down), along with free self serve coffee and tea facilities available throughout the evening.

Special dietetry requirements can be catered for with two weeks notice prior to the event. So if you are vegetarian or require a gluten free meal etc, please ensure you clearly indicate your preference when booking.

Soft drinks along with a selection of beers, wines and spirits are available at normal bar prices.

Included free on the night will be a DVD video package for you to take home.

“Our” reunion will be a great opportunity to catch up with old friends. Most past members have not seen each other for over 30 years so we are all going to be rediscovering each other again.

This is the perfect opportunity to invite your partner, family or friends to see what you were involved with in the mid seventies. No matter how small or large a part you think you played, you were there and form part of our history . . . you're invited because we are looking forward to seeing you there.

Dont forget to bring your camera and be prepared to smile for all the photographers on the night.

This should be a very entertaining night with the 20th anniversary showing of Scarless the Movie - remastered from the original broadcast quality tape.

We hope you’ll book early (take a little pressure off us) and enjoy the website each week as we count down to the reunion.

Join us for this unique shared experience, celebrating Community Access Video in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs.

See you all there on the night!
